8. Use of Submitted Content
By participating, entrants agree that:
Act-3D B.V. may use, modify, edit, optimize, or adapt the submitted Lumion projects for marketing, educational, tutorial, and promotional purposes.
The winning styles will be included in Lumion 2025, credited to the creator.
The Organizer may distribute rendered outputs on its website, social media, tutorials, and printed/digital materials.
Entrants must be the rightful owners or authorized representatives of all submitted designs, 3D models, and scene content.
Act-3D B.V. often use architectural 3D models in marketing materials. All use of the models will be made in good faith.
Certain 3D models may be included in ‘Example Scenes’ within the Lumion software itself, meaning that the scene and the 3D model within it could be distributed to every user of Lumion as part of the software package.
The 3D architectural models are used to build 3D scenes in Lumion, which are then rendered as images, videos, or 360 panoramas. The submitted Lumion file may also be modified.
The rendered outputs can be used on the Lumion website, in printed or online magazines, on social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, and in printed brochures, banners, or tutorial videos demonstrating Lumion functionality.
Act-3D B.V. collaborates with selected designers and architects to showcase high-quality, original 3D models in its marketing materials. The goal is to highlight both Lumion and architectural designs in a positive manner. Before use, permission must be obtained from the creators of the architectural designs and the owners of the 3D models.
Proceeding with submission constitutes agreement to these terms.
9. Liability & Disqualification
The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues, submission failures, or unauthorized third-party use of submitted files.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification.
10. Contact & Support
Questions can be directed to the Competition forum post or Lumion Technical Support.
11. Final Provisions
The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions if necessary.
Participation in the Competition constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
