HR Manager
We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our fast-growing, global team. As the HR Manager, you’ll have a pivotal leadership role managing the HR department and reporting into the Chief Operations Officer. This role requires an operational attitude, combined with strategic thinking, in order to drive the company’s HR strategy.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee the HR function, including managing internal communications.
Ensure basic HR administrations, structures, and processes are in place and comply with local legislation.
Build a strong, efficient recruitment process to attract and retain highly talented people from a global pool.
Help define and implement HR objectives to build an inspiring, performance-driven, and flexible organization where diverse teams can thrive and achieve company goals.
Organize programs for professionals and management to ensure effective succession planning, develop and promote internal talent, and strengthen the company culture.
Utilize HR data to drive actions informed by analysis and derived insights.
Ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities to support the company’s core business processes while effectively navigating change.
What you bring to the table:
10+ years of experience at an international organization in the tech sector with a strong presence in the Netherlands and experience working with global contractors.
A hands-on manager and strategic thinker with a goal-oriented approach to achieving results and growing HR maturity in a scale-up.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and inspire and motivate individuals at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical skills, with experience working with data and finding trends, patterns, and correlations.
Complete understanding of Dutch HR legislation and experience in the (inter)national recruitment market.
A Master’s degree in HRM or Business Management.
Interest in and knowledge of the AEC sector is an advantage.
Proficiency in HRM software and office management tools. Experience in Deel HRIS is an advantage.
Fluency in Dutch and English.
