International Partner Manager
Lumion is looking for an energetic and experienced International Partner Manager. In this position, you will be engaging, managing, and encouraging a segment of our 47 global partners, elevating their ability to effectively market and sell our software package.

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic team player adept at cultivating and sustaining partnerships remotely in a professional manner. You are a strategic thinker with a keen analytical mindset. You have prior experience in international channel or account management, showcasing your ability to navigate diverse environments. A hands-on approach, coupled with a willingness to learn from mistakes, defines your work ethic. Collaboration is at your core, understanding that achievements are amplified through teamwork, and you're open to constructive feedback.
Your role:
You will oversee the Middle East and selected Asian countries in your role. Collaborating closely with the Sales Manager and your Sales Support colleagues, you'll craft a strategic action plan tailored to these regions. Elevating the professionalism of our partner channel, you'll organize quarterly business reviews with our key partners, discussing KPIs, proposing improvements, and addressing future expectations. Additionally, you'll periodically connect with partners from other global regions to share our best sales and marketing practices.
With the introduction of a new Lumion version each year, you play a vital role in ensuring your partners are well-prepared for their sales and marketing activities. By reviewing, analyzing, and discussing these activities, you contribute to raising the standard. Your proactive approach and strategic insights are instrumental in fostering success within your designated regions.
Main responsibilities:
Strive to achieve (and ideally surpass) annual targets and objectives, consistently driving performance excellence.
Take charge of the pipeline for new business and renewals, collaborating closely with partners and their sales teams to foster growth and ensure sustained success.
Actively promote and enable effective go-to-market strategies in collaboration with partners.
Develop best practices to foster meaningful engagement with partners, setting clear expectations and paving the way for mutually beneficial collaboration.
What you bring to the table:
Minimum of 10 years of account management or channel management experience, preferably in a large region (e.g. Asia) for a software company.
Clear background or personal interest in architecture and 3D software.
Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration.
The ability to switch between strategic, tactical, and operational levels in your approach.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
High independence and a proactive attitude in handling responsibilities.
Precision and thorough preparation across all tasks.
Willingness to travel approximately 20% of your time outside of the EU.
