Inside Sales Representative
The role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be on the front lines of our commercial engine—engaging prospective customers, qualifying leads, supporting channel partners, and contributing to a smooth and efficient sales process. You’ll work closely with the Sales Director and collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure prospects move smoothly through the funnel.
This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career with strong communication skills and the curiosity to understand customer needs in a technical or creative industry.
Key responsibilities
Lead qualification & inbound management
Respond to inbound inquiries and MQLs from marketing campaigns, website forms, and events.
Qualify prospects through structured discovery: identify needs, timelines, budgets, and use cases.
Schedule demos and intro calls with the Sales Director or Account Managers.
Sales support & outreach
Support outbound outreach into target segments via email, phone, or social channels (based on campaigns or lists).
Maintain outreach cadences and follow-up sequences for warm leads and freemium users.
Collaborate with marketing on lead nurturing programs and campaign follow-through.
CRM & pipeline accuracy
Log all activities, conversations, and account updates in CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
Maintain clean data on leads, contacts, and opportunity stages to support reporting and forecasting.
Monitor lead progression and flag any bottlenecks or lost opportunities for review.
Partner & channel interaction
Liaise with channel sales partners and resellers to support lead handoff or deal registration where relevant.
Track inbound partner inquiries and direct them to the appropriate commercial contact.
What you bring to the table
2-4 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or business development, ideally in software or a tech-driven company.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident speaking with professionals from diverse industries.
Organized, self-motivated, and proactive—able to handle multiple inquiries and follow-ups simultaneously.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and modern sales tools (e.g. email automation, call tracking).
Team player with a strong sense of ownership and eagerness to learn and grow.
Bonus:
Interest in architecture, design, or creative tools.
Multilingual (Dutch, German, Spanish, French) a plus.
