Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee projects from start to completion, in close collaboration with various management functions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, risk assessment, resource allocation, and performance tracking. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are preferred.

Your role:
You will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business goals. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and track project performance to meet deadlines and budget constraints. Effective stakeholder communication and problem-solving will be key to driving project success. You will report to the Program Office Manager.
Key responsibilities:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project completion.
Track progress and report on performance metrics.
Define and ensure adherence to project management practices.
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in project management.
A natural drive for delivering results and getting things done.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, MS Project).
Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English; Dutch preferred.
Ability to work in-person from our HQ in Sassenheim 4-5 days a week.
