Sales Program & Enablement Manager
The role
As Program & Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales effectiveness, operational excellence, and GTM readiness across the revenue organization. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will coordinate programs that support the growth of our direct and partner sales channels, while also ensuring our commercial teams are equipped with the tools, content, processes, and training they need to succeed.

Key responsibilities
Sales enablement & readiness
Design, implement, and continuously improve onboarding and enablement programs for new hires (sales, channel, pre-sales).
Deliver and maintain sales playbooks, battlecards, competitive briefs, objection handling, and product positioning tools.
Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on product messaging, personas, and use cases.
Sales programs & GTM projects
Support the Sales Director in the execution of quarterly initiatives—regional launches, product releases, pricing rollouts, or promotions.
Coordinate cross-functional campaigns that involve commercial, product, marketing, and operations teams.
Manage and track progress of programs including communications, timelines, KPIs, and retrospectives.
Process, tools, & insights
Optimize CRM hygiene, reporting cadence, and dashboard setup in coordination with Revenue Ops.
Identify gaps in processes or tooling that impact sales effectiveness; propose and drive improvements.
Support weekly/monthly performance tracking and sales meeting preparation.
Partner & channel enablement
Help onboard and train new channel partners; ensure distribution networks have up-to-date content and access.
Maintain shared partner portals or resource hubs with the latest tools, updates, and training materials.
What you bring to the table
3-5 years of experience in a sales, enablement, GTM operations, or program/project management role in a software or tech company.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—able to manage multiple moving parts and meet deadlines.
Strong written communication and content development skills (e.g. training decks, guides, briefings).
Familiarity with CRM and enablement tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Showpad, LMS platforms).
Comfortable working across functions and geographies, adapting programs for various audiences.
Curious, collaborative, and motivated by building systems that help others succeed.
Bonus:
Experience in the architecture/design/visualization software space or working with creative professionals.
Exposure to indirect sales models or global channel networks.
