Technical Business Analyst
Act-3D is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the crucial link between our organization’s business objectives and its technical delivery capabilities. You’ll collaborate closely with multiple stakeholder groups—such as Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership—to gather and refine requirements. Working in tandem with engineering teams, you’ll align these high-level needs into feasible technical solutions, providing clear direction and documentation along the way.

Your role:
Translate complex business needs into actionable insights, ensuring technical solutions align with our strategy. You'll be involved from requirement gathering to product implementation.
Main Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine business requirements.
Translate high-level needs into technical specifications.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams.
Document user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
Provide clear documentation and status reports.
Champion data-driven decisions by identifying key metrics.
Support product development, track progress, and mitigate risks.
Continuously improve processes for requirements gathering and solution delivery.
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
Affinity and/or experience with 3D software, architecture, engineering, or related domains is strongly advantageous.
Ability to bridge business goals with technical solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies.
Proficiency with tools for requirements management, process mapping, and project tracking.
Fluency in English; Dutch preferred.
Ability to work in-person from our HQ in Sassenheim 4-5 days a week.
