Lumion Pro Trial

1. Overview

Act-3D B.V. / Lumion is offering a limited-time promotional offer (“Offer”) to eligible Lumion Pro Trial users, providing the opportunity to buy a 1-year Lumion Pro or Pro Floating plan at an exclusive discounted price.

Eligible participants may receive 20% off the purchase price of:

• Lumion Pro – 1-Year plan

• Lumion Pro Floating – 1-Year plan

The discount is available only through this Promotion and subject to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

This Offer is intended only for users of the Lumion Pro 14-day free trial who fall into one of the following categories:

• users who signed up for a trial but never activated it;

• users who activated the trial but did not complete it;

• users who completed the trial but did not make a purchase; or

• users who ordered a trial on or after February 1, 2026.

Lumion reserves the right to verify eligibility and determine, at its sole discretion, whether a user qualifies for the Offer.

3. How the Offer Works

Eligible users will receive a 20% discount voucher by email.

The voucher may be redeemed as part of the user’s trial journey, using the instructions, purchase flow, or direct links provided by Lumion.

4. Discount Conditions

• The Offer provides 20% off the applicable price of an eligible 1-Year Lumion Pro or 1-Year Lumion Pro Floating plan.

• The discount applies only to eligible purchases made during the Promotion period.

• The voucher code is single-use only and may be redeemed once per customer.

• The voucher code is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash or credit.

5. No Combination with Other Offers

This Promotion cannot be combined, stacked, or used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, offer, voucher, or special pricing arrangement, unless expressly stated otherwise by Lumion.

6. Promotion Period

The Promotion is scheduled to end on 31 August 2026 at 23:59 CET, unless ended earlier or extended by Lumion.

Lumion reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend, shorten, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Exclusions and Limitations

• The Offer applies only to new purchases of the eligible plans listed above.

• The Offer cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases.

• The Offer does not apply to renewals, add-ons, taxes, fees, or any other products or services not expressly included in these Terms.

• Any attempted use of the voucher code outside the Offer terms may result in the code being void.

8. Right to Verify and Refuse

Lumion reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse or cancel any redemption where it reasonably suspects fraud, misuse, technical manipulation, violation of these Terms, or other unauthorized activity.

9. Availability and Errors

The Offer is subject to availability. Lumion does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the sign-up form, email delivery, voucher distribution, or purchase flow.

In the event of any technical error, pricing error, typographical error, or other mistake relating to the Offer, Lumion reserves the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel or adjust affected orders or redemptions.

10. Changes to These Terms

Lumion may amend these Terms at any time by publishing updated Terms on its website. The version published at the time of participation or purchase will apply, unless otherwise required by law.

11. General

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumion’s decisions regarding this Offer are final. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
