Upgrade Promotion

1. Overview

Act-3D B.V. (“Act-3D”) is offering a limited-time promotion (“Promotion”) to eligible Lumion users, providing the opportunity to upgrade from a Lumion perpetual license (version 12.5 or earlier) to a Lumion Subscription at an exclusive discounted price. This offer is valid until December 31, 2025, after which it will automatically expire.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for this Promotion, participants must meet all of the following conditions:

1. Hold a valid Lumion 12.5 or earlier commercial perpetual license.

2. Have not previously upgraded to a Lumion Subscription or already have a Lumion Subscription.

3. Have a registered Lumion account associated with their perpetual license.

Act-3D reserves the right to verify eligibility at its sole discretion. Users who do not meet these criteria are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

3. Visibility and Access

To access the promotional discount:

1. Users must log in to their Lumion Account at https://account.lumion.com.

2. The Lumion 12.5 or earlier license must be registered to the same account.

3. If the user’s license is not registered, Act-3D’s systems cannot identify eligibility, and the promotional pricing will not be available.

Act-3D is not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, or unregistered license information preventing eligibility verification.

4. Promotional Period

The Promotion begins on the date of publication and remains valid until December 31, 2025 (23:59 CET).

After this date, the Promotion will no longer be available, and standard Lumion pricing will apply.

5. Offer Details

Eligible users will receive exclusive discounted pricing when upgrading from a qualifying Lumion perpetual license to a Lumion Subscription during the promotional period.

• The exact discount amount and pricing tiers will be displayed upon login in the user’s Lumion account, when clicking on the “Upgrade now” banner.

• Discounts are applied only to the first subscription purchase under this Promotion.

• The offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupon codes.

6. Payment and Renewal

• The subscription purchased under this Promotion follows Lumion’s standard subscription terms and billing policies.

• Subsequent renewals will be billed at the regular subscription rate applicable at the time of renewal.

• All payments must be made through authorized Lumion sales channels.

7. General Conditions

• Act-3D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

• This offer is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or credit.

• Misuse, false claims of eligibility, or violations of Lumion’s licensing terms may result in disqualification from the Promotion and potential loss of license rights.

• Act-3D’s General Terms and Conditions, End User License Agreement (EULA) and Privacy Statement apply to all Lumion products and services.

8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.

9. Data Processing and Privacy Notice

By participating in this Promotion, users acknowledge that Act-3D may process personal and license-related information solely for the purpose of verifying eligibility and administering the Promotion, in accordance with Act-3D’s Privacy Statement.

Act-3D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion, or to correct pricing or typographical errors, at any time and without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect purchases already completed.
