Upgrade Promotion

1. Promotion Overview

This promotion ("Promotion") offers eligible Lumion Standard subscription license holders the opportunity to upgrade to a Lumion Pro subscription and receive one-year access to an expert rendering course by Nuno Silva, valued at $397, at no additional cost. The course is delivered via Nuno Silva's platform at nunosilva.pt.

2. Eligibility

• The Promotion is available exclusively to Lumion Standard subscription license holders who purchased their license directly from Act-3D B.V. through the official website, lumion.com.

• Only users with a valid Lumion Standard subscription license are eligible.

• One course access per upgraded Lumion License is provided, irrespective of the number of seats or users associated with that license.

3. Promotion Mechanics

• Upgrade Process: Eligible users must log into their Lumion account to upgrade their Lumion Standard subscription to a Lumion Pro subscription, following the instructions provided on the platform.

• Pricing: The upgrade cost is pro-rated based on the remaining time on the current subscription. Following the upgrade, the renewal price will align with the standard Lumion Pro renewal rate, depending on the number of seats included in the user’s license.

• Course Access: Upon successful upgrade, Lumion will send the user an email containing a unique voucher code for free enrollment in the rendering course by Nuno Silva. The voucher is valid and can be redeemed until May 5th 2025.

• Course Duration: Course access is granted for one (1) year from the date of enrollment on nunosilva.pt.

• This Promotion is available until March 1st 2025.

• Act-3D B.V. reserves the right to modify or terminate this Promotion at any time, without prior notice or liability.

4. Additional Terms

• Previous Course Purchases: If a user qualifying for this Promotion has previously purchased the course independently, they are not entitled to any refund or reimbursement for the course value.

• No Data Sharing: Act-3D B.V. will not share any personal user data with Nuno Silva as part of this Promotion.

• Optional Enrollment: Participation in the free course is optional. Users who choose to enroll agree to the Terms and Conditions listed on nunosilva.pt.

5. Course Access and Support

• Technical Issues: For any issues or questions regarding course access or enrollment, users should contact the course provider directly at [email protected]. Act-3D B.V. is not responsible for technical support related to course access.

• Individual Use Only: Course access is granted solely to the named user on the Lumion License and cannot be transferred or shared with third parties.

• Misuse: The course provider, Nuno Silva, reserves the right to terminate access to the course if there is evidence of misuse or breach of the course terms.

6. General Terms

This Promotion is subject to the same Lumion General Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA) that govern all Lumion software licenses.
